We make every effort to show the colours, metals, stones and sizes of our jewellery accurately. Because every piece is finished by hand and screens display colours differently, small variations in colour, weight and finish are natural and are not a defect. Weights and stone details are approximate unless stated on a certificate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience; you will be charged in INR at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Custom and personalised orders

Custom-made, engraved or personalised pieces are created to your instructions. Please check spellings, sizes and details carefully before confirming. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
