Shipping policy
Every order is packed with care and shipped with tracking and insurance.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom-made, personalised or resized pieces need extra time; we will confirm the timeline with you when you order. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping within India
- Free insured shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above.
- A flat charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International shipping
- We ship to most countries for a flat charge of ₹2,499 per order.
- Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Insurance and signature
All parcels are insured until they are delivered. For your security, high-value parcels may require a signature or an OTP at delivery.
Address and delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
