Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece carries a BIS hallmark that shows its purity (for example 18K or 22K).
Are the diamonds and stones certified?
Diamonds and gemstones come with an authenticity certificate. Ask us for the certificate details of any piece before you buy.
What is 925 sterling silver?
It is 92.5% pure silver mixed with a little copper for strength. It is durable and suitable for everyday wear.
Will the colour fade?
Solid gold does not fade. Plated silver pieces keep their shine longer if kept away from water, perfume and lotion. See our jewellery care guide.
Orders, delivery & returns
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. You can also pay by UPI, card or net banking.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within a few business days and delivered by insured courier. You will see an estimated delivery date on each product page.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping charges and any import duties are shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, unused pieces in original condition can be returned or exchanged as per our return policy. Custom-made and engraved pieces cannot be returned.
Can I resize a ring?
Most rings can be resized. Contact us with your order number and the size you need.
